Global Star Rating

Zayed University has recently won 2 out of 4 service delivery channels awards, during its first participation in the assessment of the Global Star Rating Systems for Services (GSRR).

The GSRR was launched in March 2011 to raise the quality of public and private services and bring government services to new levels of excellence. It is the first of its kind in the world, and while the program was pioneered in the UAE, it sets a global standard, helping public and private entities measure, improve, and transform service delivery.

The system gathers inputs from different results such as employee happiness, field assessments, customer happiness studies, and mystery shopper results, and is based on eight pillars of rating: Strategic Alignment, Customer Focus, Services, Service Delivery Channels, Customer Experience, Service efficiency and creativity, Empowering human resources, and Integrated technology.

Zayed University joined the assessment for first time in 2020, as a federal entity of the UAE, and was awarded in two of the four service delivery channels: Websites and Mobile Apps.
