How to reset my PC password?
- Press Ctrl -Alt – Delete
- Chose Change a Password
- Enter your ID & old password
- Enter your new password & confirm it
- Press Enter

- You can go to www.zu.ac.ae website the Intranet
- Click Service Desk
- Enter your ZU ID & password
- Choose New issue button in the left upper of the page
- Enter the subject & decription of the issue
- Click add request
- You will receive an email that IT staff will contact you
