Carol is responsible for managing the resources, services and facilities of the Learning Enhancement Center (LEC) in Abu Dhabi. Carol serves as the liaison to the Colloquy faculty and provides collection development and information literacy instruction for the Colloquy and the Academic Bridge program.

Ghalya provides support and training for faculty and students on basic software and hardware applications used at Zayed University. She delivers technology training activities within the Colloquy curriculum and supports faculty technology training in Abu Dhabi.

In addition, she serves as the library liaison to the Art and Design Department, and the Academic Bridge Program; and shares responsibility for Colloquy. Alecia teaches Information Literacy skills at several levels within the Colloquy program.
