The Venue

Zayed University Convention Center is the region’s first purpose-built facility within a university that is open to companies in the region for their conferences and events. Located in Dubai Academic City, ZUCC is only 20 minutes away from the city center. This modern venue features state-of-the-art facilities at competitive rates.

ZUCC is situated on two levels. The ground floor features a registration desk and large pre function area giving access to the Auditorium and Multi-Purpose room. The second floor features 7 breakout rooms in close proximity engulfed with natural daylight and wonderful views over the courtyard. The venue is Wi-Fi enabled.

Auditorium

A sleek designed purpose built venue encompassing an auditorium of 513 static seats with in built simultaneous translation booths for 2 languages. This stunning room is acoustically lined to ensure enhanced and balanced sound quality throughout. Two access points to the venue allow for smooth transition of delegates both in and out. The ample sized stage accommodates presentations, panel discussion or small productions. Front projection is via a ceiling mounted projector onto a built in drop down screen at the rear of the stage. There are also plasma screens located at the middle of the room to allow delegates sitting towards the rear of the room to also have a clear view.

Multi Purpose Hall

452 sqm makes up the versatile multi purpose hall. This is a wonderful room with many possibilities to use in conjunction with the auditorium as a lunch area or as a stand-alone conference room for classroom, cabaret or theatre style. This room has dual projection and screens with additional plasma’s to enhance viewing potential. It also comes with a full control room to ensure top quality presentation is provided to your attendees.

Video Conference Room

ZUCC has one fully equipped video conference room on the upper level offering natural daylight and setup in boardroom style of 20 on oval purpose built tables. This room has projectors, plasma screens, and full video conference capabilities.

Executive Dining Area

With a capacity of up to 250 on rounds of ten, this area is ideal for conferences’ seated buffet lunch requirements or larger standing buffets on cocktail rounds. With natural daylight and views over the central courtyard, this room is a very pleasant dining area for delegates to relax and network. It can also be used for art exhibitions requiring natural daylight.

Press Room

Situated on the upper level, this room is ideal for press purposes during an event and can also serve as useful office space for behind the scenes work when needed. This room offers a stunning view and can be used for a standing reception. The room can be fully kitted out to suit the requirements with IT equipment.

VIP Majlis

Perfectly designed to accommodate all VIP dignitaries attending events on the upper level, the Majlis is located next to the lifts from the ground floor and back to the Auditorium, which means whether the VIPs are waiting to attend events on ground or second floor, they can quickly access the correct venue.

Pre Function area

The ground & second floor pre-function areas have ample space for tea and coffee breaks as well as further space for small exhibition booths to promote your company to your valued guests. The ground floor is also equipped with a dedicated registration desk boasting a large storage area immediately behind.

Prayer Rooms

We have prayer rooms located on the upper level for both ladies and gentleman.

Parking

ZUCC parking is at the main entrance of the convention center providing 400 spaces
