The Convention Center is composed of the following key areas.

Auditorium / Theater : HH Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak – Mother of the Nation – Hall

  • Capacity of up to 1,000 guests, over two levels

  • Designed to international class specification with a seated area of 11,240m³ and a 11,000m³ fly tower stage

  • Electronically operated stage floor and orchestra pit lifting system

  • Flexible backstage to reduce or increase stage area with moving walls and screens

  • Dressing Rooms and Green Rooms

  • Reception Desk and Cloakroom

  • Fully equipped control room for all audio visual requirements

  • Four simultaneous translation booths

 

Multi - Purpose Hall : Liwa Arena

  • Capacity of up to 1,400 theatre style or 800 for seated buffet dinner

  • Room can be divided into two sections each with 2 screens and projectors

 

Meeting Rooms :

  • 22 meeting rooms, some feature natural lighting, situated on level  2 and level 3

  • 4 fixed boardrooms with video conferencing facilities

All meeting rooms equipped with ceiling mounted data projectors and whiteboard screens
