Exhibitors

Zayed University Convention Center is ideal for exhibitions, the foyers on all three levels are open, spacious and awash with natural daylight.  For a more intimate exhibition the Liwa Arena at 1165 sqm is ideal for exhibitors, with approximate 6m high ceilings creating a feeling of spaciousness. There are loading doors located close to the Arena and foyers so set up is never too much of a challenge.

All foyer pre function areas  can accommodate approximately 15 standard size exhibition booths on each of the three levels of the convention centre. Liwa Arena is able to accommodate up to 50 exhibition booth spaces in addition to areas for your buffet catering to be served so your guest can network around exhibition areas.

The venue has a purpose built registration or welcome desk with storage facilities, and additionally a cloakroom and ticket room to allow for on-site registrations and an area for visitors to leave coats and bags.
