WISE 2018The aim of the 19 edition of the conference series on Web Information Systems Engineering (WISE 2018) is to provide an International forum for researchers, professionals, and industrial practitioners to share their knowledge and insights in the rapidly growing area of Web technologies, methodologies, and applications. This edition will promote the theme of Web Engineering in the Era of Big Data and Blockchains, two highly important areas for the world economy, in general, and the knowledge economy, in particular.
