The Office of Enrollment Management’s (OEM) main role is to lead and manage all registry functions in order to ensure its systems are aligned with and support ZU educational mission and goals.  It also supports the  senior leadership in  planning and  implementing ZU policies and procedures.


The Office of Enrollment Management at Zayed University strives to earn national and international respect for excellence in academic services and the use of technology that benefit our university and the higher education community.


The mission of the Office of Enrollment Management is to :

  • Attract, recruit, enroll and retain highly qualified students who can successfully graduate and contribute to the development of the nation.

  • Provide students, alumni, and faculty with responsive, accessible and convenient services using advanced technology combined with customer-service focused attitude.

  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of student records while enforcing and adhering to the university’s policies and procedures.
