Required Documents For Obtaining Aid Services

  1. Student’s ZU ID
  2. Student’s passport
  3. Student’s Emirates ID
  4. Family National Identity booklet
  5. Guardian’s passport
  6. Guardian’s Emirates ID
  7. Guardian’s salary slip or Non-Employment Certificate
  8. Guardian’s current bank statement (for 6 months )
  9. Certificate from Ministry of Community Development (Click here to request the certificate from the Ministry website)
  10. Leasing contract

The University may request students for any additional documents, or exempt them from some of the above requirements.

  1. Student’s ZU ID
  2. Student’s passport
  3. Student’s Emirates ID
  4. Student National Identity booklet
  5. Guardian’s passport and visa
  6. Guardian’s Emirates ID
  7. Guardian’s salary slip or Non-Employment Certificate
  8. Guardian’s current bank statement (for 6 months )
  9. Emirates IDs of all not working and not married family memebrs
  10. Leasing contract

  8. Divorce certificate
  9. Alimony certificate

  8. Certificate of Non-Marriage of the mother
  9. Father’s Death Certificate
  10. Inheritance Certificate
  11. Court Ruling for the Father’s death.
  12. Leasing contract
  13. Certificate from Ministry of Community Development (Click here to request the certificate from the Ministry website)
  14. Deceased father’s salary certificate

The University may request students for any additional documents, or exempt them from some of the above requirements.

In case of approval or disapproval, the following points related to personal debt should be considered:

  • Debt’s due date;
  • Details of loan provider (must be an official source, like banks or a housing program program);
  • Debt repayment terms; and
  • Applicants should prove to the ZU Student Financial Aid Fund Board their inability to repay the debt.
