Bio

Zainab is a Zayed University Partnerships Specialist in the Dubai Campus. As a part of her role, Zainab works with both external mentors and students to deliver the Partner Challenge Program, an initiative in which students have the opportunity to apply what they learn to real world challenges as they learn it. 

Zainab’s background is education, mental health, and business development. She interned at Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), Ministry of Education (MoE), and Takalam Online Counseling. Previous to her role in Zayed University, Zainab worked with EY as a business development associate, where she managed several UAE government accounts as well as local based clients. Additionally, she volunteered as a responder for the Mental Health Support Line led by the Emirates Foundation.

Zainab would describe herself as a lifelong learner who always looks forward to what’s next. She has had the privilege to be a part of several programs including the Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Scholars Program from NYUAD, the Forward Program from McKinsey, the AccelerateHER Program from DIFC Innovation Hub, the Future of Education Program from Sheraa, and many others.
