Youssra Tonbol is a Professional Development Lead Coach within the CIS Department at Zayed University.
Trilingual (Arabic, English & French), Youssra has 20 years of professional experience, 10yrs (1600+ hours) of which in one to one, group and relationship systems coaching and facilitation. She has worked with senior leaders and aspiring ones spanning 30+ countries across: Africa, Asia, Europe and North America, in multinational and large local organizations.
Youssra adopts an integrative approach to development and change by incorporating frameworks and modalities in Creativity and Adult Development, Appreciative Inquiry (Strengths-based approach to change and development), Management, Emotional Intelligence, Intercultural Intelligence, Systems Thinking, Somatic psychology and ancient wisdom.
Her work focuses on co-creating profound transformative journeys to help individuals and teams embody their strengths, leverage their uniqueness to consciously and collectively lead themselves from the unseen potential.
Youssra is committed to transferring her knowledge and skills to students at Zayed University with the objective of cultivating future leaders.
