Sirafima Lomonossova serves as a dedicated Professional Development Coach at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi, UAE. She supports students in three key areas: Coaching (both individual and team), Talent Development, and Partner Challenge Program support.

With a focus on enhancing interpersonal skills, unlocking potential, and fostering self-confidence, Sirafima conducts personalized, confidential coaching sessions aimed at helping students achieve their professional aspirations and overcome obstacles. Her approach involves empowering students to identify and pursue their goals, both professionally and personally while providing unwavering support and motivation along the way. Additionally, her involvement in the Partner Challenge Program entails collaborating with teams to enhance their communication skills and strengthen their ability to work effectively together.

Sirafima has more than 16 years of experience in the International Oil & Gas business. She focuses on maximizing people's performance and engagement in an environment of change. She is skilled in translating business vision into HR initiatives while keeping a keen eye on the needs and well-being of individuals. She is currently a Director of the Board of the ICF UAE Chapter (volunteer) and works with the coaching community in the MENA region.

Sirafima specializes in the development and implementation of leadership programs, culture transformation and employee development processes. Her experience and pragmatic approach guarantee personal and professional goal achievement.
