Bio
Serah Elizebeth Mathew is a Zayed University Partnership Specialist in the Abu Dhabi Campus. A partnership specialist plays a crucial role in developing and managing partnerships with various stakeholders. Her role involves overseeing the Partner Challenge Program with the goal of bridging the gap between academia and the workforce. Serah guides students through the journey of applying their academic knowledge into solving real-world challenges with industries. The program therefore focuses on ensuring students develop key employability skills and are therefore ready for the future of work.
Prior to joining the Zayed university, Serah has worked as Assistant Professor and has over 5 years of experience in teaching and administration. In addition to her role as Partnership Specialist she also teaches in the College of Business as Professional in Residence.
