Bio

Sahar is a Professional Development Coach in Zayed University. She is part of the Student Life Team and specifically in the partner challenge program. Her role is supporting students to acquire/ develop their professional skills and get the best out of the partner challenge program.

As a career coach, she can help students in creating resumes, guiding them how to start building their career, searching for the suitable jobs and preparing themselves for job interviews.

Sahar understands that during their academic journey, students may be overwhelmed and stressed, that’s where she can coach them to manage their time and control their stress to achieve a mindful state which will lead to more progress and great results.

Sahar believes that students can shine and perform their best when they understand themselves and be aware of their life purpose, values ,strengths and skills.

Over the years Sahar had helped hundreds to improve their lives and unleash their potential to reach fulfillment in their lives. She had performed this through more than 500 hours of coaching, training and workshops.

She had cooperated with many government entities in UAE by delivering training and workshops on different self-development topics. She also created and led many support groups about stress management, entrepreneurship , empowerment and work life balance.

Sahar is a certified public speaker and she presented a Critical Thinking course on Coursera . She also co-created Bridges of Love card game which is an innovative way to strengthen bonds and enhance relationships in families.
