Lina Halimeh is a Professional Development Coach at Zayed University.
She supports three main areas: Coaching one to one and team coaching, Talent Development and Partner Challenge Program Support. She is an integral part of the student life team that supports and prepares students for the workforce.
Lina is an experienced and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) demonstrating her commitment to excellence and adherence to industry standards. She has completed Co-Active coaching training that allows her to meet students as equal and collaboratively explore possibilities, leading to transformative results. Lina is a highly accomplished individual with a strong educational background and a passion for personal and professional development. Recognizing the importance of holistic well-being in achieving success, Lina has also undertaken training in Mindfulness and Positive Intelligence, PQ. These skills enable her to guide individuals towards cultivating a resilient mindset and fostering a positive outlook in both personal and professional realms.
Lina is multilingual, fluent in Arabic, English and French, both spoken and written. With over 20 years experience in the field of education, Corporate and Financial Institutions and her linguistic versatility, Lina is able to effectively communicate and connect with diverse individuals, expanding her ability to reach and inspire a wider audience.
With Lina’s comprehensive educational foundation, diverse work experience, certifications and proficiency in multiple languages, she brings a unique and well rounded approach to her coaching practice.
