Bio
Hatem is a Professional Development Coach in the Student Life Department with the College of Interdisciplinary Studies at Zayed University. Public speaking and communication coach, keynote speaker, and award winner public speaker.
Hatem’s vision in life is to provide individuals the assistance and guidance they need to unleash their full potentials to foster their personal and professional development, so they will never feel lost, stuck, or overwhelmed, and can live a life full of meaning, happiness, and fulfillment aligned with their choices.
With over 10 years of experience working with undergraduates and recent graduates in university settings, training centers, and large-scale youth events through one-to-one sessions, one-to-group sessions, workshops, and talks, Hatem takes pride in being a youth development specialist. His specialization lies in coaching generation Z, offering guidance in self-awareness, career path planning, job hunting, developing success mindset, and gaining essential life skills to prepare them to become the leaders of the future.
In addition to his work with individuals, Hatem extended his expertise to corporations, assisting them in strategic hiring based on comprehensive career assessments. This ensures employers have a clear understanding of whom to hire and why. Furthermore, he provides diverse training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance. Prior to his coaching career, Hatem amassed significant experience as a TV reporter and radio presenter, covering a range of stories for well- known pan Egyptian, Arab and International channels and stations, including BBC.
