Farhaana is a Professional Development Coach in the Student Life Department within the College of Interdisciplinary Studies at Zayed University.

Farhaana brings a wealth of experience in Communications, Education & Coaching. Having worked with diverse student populations, from adults in corporate settings to those in primary, secondary and university levels, Farhaana possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies and patterns among students. Her extensive background in these varied areas has equipped her with lifelong skills applicable to various settings.

Farhaana's mission is centered on guiding youth and young adults through the intricacies of life as a Youth Confidence Coach. Through personalized one-on-one coaching, she empowers individuals to become resilient change-makers. Her sessions focus on providing students with tools and techniques to enhance confidence, self-esteem, manage stress, foster healthy relationships, navigate life transitions, and promote professional development. Her ultimate purpose is to guide youth to reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally.

Blending coaching skills with life experiences, Farhaana is a passionate coach who prioritizes building rapport, fostering accountability, and creating a safe haven to champion her students at Zayed University, while deepening their knowledge. Her overarching purpose is to recognize the uniqueness in each individual and empower them to manifest that uniqueness in their lives and the broader world.
