Bio
In the past 8 years, Dima has worked in different Educational institutions dealing with faculty, staff, students and external international stakeholders. She is very passionate about supporting students to ensure their academic journey is not only fruitful but enjoyable as well. Back in Lebanon, Dima used to work in the Office of International Services where she encouraged and helped students, staff and faculty go for study abroad semesters and training programs. Dima went on several staff exchange weeks in Europe under the Erasmus Scholarship to meet with potential partner universities. In the UAE, Dima was managing the Operations of an Intervention project operating with ADEK and schools. Currently, Dima is working at Zayed University, Abu Dhabi campus as a partnership specialist. Her role involves overseeing the Partner Challenge Program with the goal of bridging the gap between academia and the workforce. The program focuses on ensuring students develop transferable skills and readiness for their future career path and recruitment.
