Bio
Dana Barto is Professional Development coach at zayed University. Her role supports three main areas: Coaching, Talent Development and Partner Challenges Program Support. She’s an integral part of the student life team who support and prepare students for the workforce.
Dana is an experienced and Certified ICF Coach (PCC) and mentor Coach (https://www.danabarto.com). She provides a deep and meaningful coaching experience to her clients by working on a multidimensional model that enables them to explore options, set goals, gain self-awareness, overcome obstacles and achieve balance. In addition, she mentors, inspires, guides, motivates, and holds her clients accountable to achieve their goals and implement the positive choices they have identified in their lives.
Dana is also on faculty with IICM (https://www.iicmcoaching.com) where we offer an ICF accredited coach training program for individuals wanting to become certified coaches. Coaches undergoing the training have the opportunity to get an ICF accreditation as a Professional Certified Coaches.
