Ahmed Hamdan is a Professional Development Coach in the Student Life Department at the College of Interdisciplinary Studies at Zayed University. With over 21 years of experience, Ahmed has excelled as an executive coach and career coach, guiding university graduates, mid-level employees, and leaders at major entities in Abu Dhabi, including the Department of Municipalities and Transport, EDGE Group, Mubadala, ADNOC, MOI, ADGM Academy, and many more.

He made significant contributions as a Leadership Development Trainer and Career Coach for Abu Dhabi’s Human Resources Authority/Ingeus UK, impacting Emirati job seekers and contributing to the establishment of the UAE’s first Job Placement Centre.

Education-wise, Ahmed holds a diverse range of qualifications, including PMP certification, an MBA from Chifley Business School, and professional certificates in Strategic Self-Marketing and Personal Branding from The State University of New York.
