Abhijit is a Professional Development Coach at Zayed University. His role supports 3 main areas: Coaching, Talent Development and Partner Challenge Program support. He is a integral part of Student Life Team who support and prepare student for the workforce.

Abhijit is an internationally certified award winning Leadership Coach and Trainer, bringing over 20 years of corporate experience in HR and Learning & Development strategic operations across the Hospitality, Financial, and Educational sectors. His expertise lies in coaching business leaders to develop effective leadership skills tailored to the dynamic challenges of the VUCA world. Abhijit's coaching focuses on areas such as Emotional Intelligence, Time Management, Mindfulness, Goal Setting, and Strategic Decision Making.

In addition to his coaching endeavors, Abhijit is the Founder of the "KNOW YOUR COACH" Leadership Podcast, a platform dedicated to sharing insights and best practices in leadership development. He is also an avid 10K marathon runner, a dynamic public speaker, and a sought-after leadership speaker and panelist at various conferences, corporate events, and educational institutions.
