Shazia is a Professional Development Coach within the Student Life Department at the College of Interdisciplinary Studies, Zayed University.
Her professional journey includes notable roles such as Assistant Vice-President of Learning at HSBC, South Asia Regional Talent and Learning Lead at the British Council, Guest Faculty at the Indian School of Business, and Head of Talent Management at Landmark Group.
An intentional learner by disposition, she has gained advanced education in Executive Coaching from University of California, Berkeley and is presently pursuing executive education in Talent Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
At the heart of her coaching philosophy is a deep commitment to the success and wellbeing of her students.
