Conference and Workshop Papers
- Please make sure you conform to the formatting guidelines, where manuscripts must be prepared in 10-point font using the IEEE 8.5″ x 11″ two-column format. All papers should be in PDF format. A full paper must not exceed the stated length of 4-6 pages (including all figures, tables, and references).
- Up to TWO additional pages are permitted per paper at a charge of $50 per page, payable at the time of registration.

Important notes:
- All submissions must be made through EasyChair. If you don’t have an account, create one—it’s free and takes only a few minutes.
After logging in, create a new submission, fill in the required information, and upload your Full paper as a pdf file.
- For submission, please choose one of the following categories:
- Full Paper (4-6 pages) for Conference
- Full Paper (4-6 pages) for Workshop 1, 2, or 3
- Full Paper (4-6 pages) for Conference
- All full papers will undergo a similarity check (threshold <30%) and a minimum of three independent reviews.

Abstract Submission

Submissions must be written in English.
- Please use this Abstract Template for your Abstract submission

You may include one or more co-authors, but the first author must be an undergraduate or a graduate student.

Multiple submissions are allowed.

Abstract submission will be presented as poster or a demo the day of the presentation.
