Registration & Proceedings Publication

Registration is required for all participants. For an accepted poster or paper to be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library for possible publication, at least one author must register.

Inclusion in the proceedings requires at least one author registration; otherwise, the paper will be excluded.

Key Information:

  • One Full Rate registration covers the publication of one paper or poster.

  • Early Bird Deadline: Register by March 25, 2026 to receive the discounted rate.

  • Final Submission Deadline: The camera-ready version of your poster or paper must be uploaded via EasyChair by April 1, 2026.


Guidelines for Posters:

  • The poster must be submitted in A0 size (841×1189 mm) with a landscape orientation and in a PDF file format.

  • The research poster must have a white background.

  • The research poster must include the conference logo, your university logo, the research title, and the names of the researchers.

  • The content of the research poster should contain an introduction, a statement of the research question or problem, the objective, and the methodology.

  • The research poster must be reviewed and approved by the supervisor before being uploaded to the website.

  • The final research poster must be uploaded using this link.

  • Research posters that do not follow the above guidelines and conditions will not be considered.
