Call for Workshops

We invite researchers, practitioners, and industry experts to submit proposals for workshops to be held in conjunction with SRC 2026. Workshops offer a focused environment for discussing emerging trends, sharing practical insights, and exploring innovative ideas in depth.

Proposals are welcome on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to:

  • Designing Effective Human–AI Collaboration Ecosystems

  • Participatory AI: Co-Designing Systems with Real Users

  • Ethics and Governance in Human–AI Teams

  • Augmenting Human Expertise with AI-Driven Insights

  • Human–AI Collaboration in the Modern Workplace

  • Human-in-the-Loop System Design

  • AI as a Creative Partner in Education and Training

  • Human–AI Collaboration for Wellbeing and Mental Health Support

  • AI Literacy and Public Engagement

  • Rapid Prototyping Human–AI Systems

  • Data Breaches, Model Manipulation, and Adversarial Attacks

Important Proposal Dates

  • Workshop Proposal Submission Deadline: February 1, 2026

  • Notification of Acceptance: February 15, 2026

Workshop Proposal Requirements

Each proposal should include:

  • Workshop title

  • Names, affiliations, and contact details of the organizers

  • 150–300 words description of the workshop theme and objectives

  • Topics of interest

  • Target audience and expected number of attendees

  • Program committee members (if any)

  • Strategy for attracting submissions

  • Information about past editions (if applicable)

Publication & Registration

Workshop papers must follow the conference formatting and submission guidelines. All submitted papers will undergo a peer-reviewed evaluation, and at least one author per accepted paper must register for the workshop. Accepted and registered workshop papers will be included in the official conference proceedings.
