Mr. Khalaf Al Habtoor, the founder of Al Habtoor Group of Companies, is the sole sponsor of the Assistive Technology Resource Center at Zayed University. Mr. Al Habtoor is a highly esteemed entrepreneur who believes in the power of supporting others and has championed various causes that have promoted decent living and a first-class education for all people in the UAE and beyond.

The Assistive Technology Resource Center (ATRC) at Zayed University is one of many wonderful initiatives that Mr. Khalaf Al Habtoor wholeheartedly supports in order to facilitate the personal and professional development of special needs students. Zayed University inaugurates the “Khalaf Al Habtoor Assistive Technology Resource Center”

Bearing the motto “ Helping our students help themselves”, His Excellency Sheikh Nahayan Mabarak Al Nahayan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, President of Zayed University, unveiled the Khalaf Al Habtoor Assistive Technolgy Resource Center in Zayed University Dubai Campus this morning, in the presence of Mr. Khalaf Al Habtoor, Chairman of Al Habtoor Group and sole sponsor of the Assistive Technology Resource Center at Zayed University

Also present were Dr. Sulaiman Al Jassim, Vice President of Zayed University, Dr. Larry Wilson, Provost of Zayed University, Ms Fatma Al Qassimi, Senior Specialist at Zayed University Office of Accessibility in charge of this initiative, in addition to Zayed University administration, faculty, staff and students. ... more.
