Research Clusters

In 2016, the Office of Research launched a new funding initiative which encourages faculty collaborations from different disciplines. The purpose of the research clusters is to develop and showcase the existing expertise within the university, ultimately leading to stand alone research centers of excellence possibly in collaboration with the private and government sectors. Clusters funds can go up to (500,000 AED) per project.

 How to apply?

The Office of Research will send a call for proposal once a year. Should you wish to apply, complete the form then send it to research@zu.ac.ae after the dean’s approval.
