Guidelines for Registration to SMS service

  • By registering to the SMS service, the student's guardian will receive a text message with times of the student entering and exiting the campus.

  • All Zayed University students are required to register for SMS messages which will be sent to the guardians upon entry and exit of campus. Students who do not register in the messaging service system will not be allowed to leave the campus.

  • Guardians (Father, Mother, Husband, Brother or Sister above 25 years of age) are required to attend in person and show their identity in order to register for the text messaging service.

Required documents by kinship:

Father: Copy of the passport or Emirates ID card.

Mother: Copy of Emirates ID + Family Book or the student's birth certificate.

Husband: Copy of Emirates ID + Family book / marriage certificate.

Brother / Sister: Copy of the passport or Emirates ID card.

In case of half-brother/sister: Relative documents supporting the relationship should be submitted (Birth certificate for both student and guardian).
