The Campus Access Office maintains the organized entry /exit of female students on both the Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses.

  • Up-dates parents/guardians contact details on the attendance system to ensure they are informed each time the student enters / exits campus.

  • Meets parents and guardians to answer their questions.

  • Helps students who do not carry the ID card to enter or exit campus.

  • Registers and updates car plates numbers for cars used by students to drop them and pick them up on campus.

  • Coordinates with security personnel and other departments /faculties for different permissions (Food permission, trips , AUH male campus access, etc.)

  • Alerts students on improper conduct such as ID card exchange
