Zayed University attracts a large audience at Najah Exhibition

Zayed University’s booth attracted a large number of prospective high school graduates, who are pursuing higher studies and thousands of fresh graduates looking for jobs on the first day of Najah exhibition held in the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (Adnec) between 27 and 29 October 2015.

Held Under the patronage of H.E Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, Najah is one of the UAE’s leading annual exhibitions focusing on higher education, training and career opportunities in Abu Dhabi. The three-day fair serves as the perfect platform for universities seeking students and companies interested in recruiting qualified personnel from the UAE.

Prof. Reyadh AlMehaideb, Vice President of Zayed University, said: “Now in Najah’s 9th edition, we are extremely honored and pleased to take part in the three-day fair, as one of the UAE’s leading educational institutions. “With around 9,143 students enrolled at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi and Dubai campuses up to date, Zayed University welcomes national and international students and provides a high-quality education, offered by seasoned teaching scholars. During Najah, Zayed University also highlighted its undergraduate degree programs and encouraged applicants to meet the university’s admission requirements, which will be open for all high school graduates from all nationalities, who wish to enroll for the new academic year 2016, on November 15.

The deadline to submit undergraduate applications is on December 31.  

On the sidelines of Najah exhibition, Prof. AlMehaideb pointed out that Zayed University accepts male students on its campuses and provides them with the ideal environment to attain adequate skills and serve their local community besides gaining academic and social knowledge.

Zayed University prepares qualified graduates who are able to contribute to building the nation through offering specializations and programs of study that match international standards and by providing an excellent learning environment to strengthen the role of the university as a leader in the progress of scientific research and community service.

Furthermore, ZU provides its students with a number of financial support and scholarship opportunities. These opportunities are exclusively focused on supporting students whose financial conditions may prevent them from continuing their university education and for distinguished high school students, who were recognized for academic excellence.
