Zayed University students take part in a multiculturalism program in Scotland
29 Jan 2014His Excellency, Mr Mirza Al-Sayegh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Maktoum College, announced the launch of a program of multiculturalism in Scotland starting February 8 and until March 7 during a press conference held at the headquarters of Dubai Courts in the presence of Dr. Ahmed bin Hazim, Director General of Dubai Courts, and Prof. Abdalla AlAmiri, Provost of Zayed University, and a number of official representatives from participating universities, and participating students and families.
This program provides an excellent opportunity for Zayed University students to meet and exchange ideas and experiences, and learn more, not only about Scotland but also, about the latest developments in various fields, including leadership, multiculturalism, globalization, and Islamic studies.
His Excellency Al Sayegh extended his thanks and gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance, for the distinctive sponsorship and support he offered students who are taking part in the program, in order for them to gain valuable experience and enrich their cultural and educational knowledge.
