Laila Ali, Daughter of Legendary Boxer Mohammed Ali and Four-Time World Boxing Champion, gave an enlightening talk in front of Zayed University students, faculty and staff, about the importance of leading active and healthy lifestyles, during her visit to Zayed University Campus in Abu Dhabi earlier today.

The Fitness and Wellness expert also shared some of her Top recommendations to stay fit and healthy before engaging in an exciting Q&A session with the attendees. This event was sponsored by Mubadala Healthcare and is part of the initiatives that Laila Ali is holding to coincide with the International Women’s Day on March 8.
