Following the winter spell this week, Zayed University Students in Dubai Campus launched a humanitarian campaign entitled " Let's spread some warmth", as part of the "Happy Hearts" Club activities that commit to enhancing community engagement.

Dr. Sulaiman Al Jassim, Vice President of Zayed University said: "This one-week campaign is one of many volunteer humanitarian work that Zayed University students engage in during various natural disasters that hit different parts of the world, to help victims and people in need. This initiative plays a crucial role in creating cultural awareness regarding charitable work and community engagement which the University commits to accomplish through its teaching strategies."

Mariam Al Madani, a Zayed University Student said:  "I have decided with three of my  colleagues from Happy Hearts club at Zayed University to organize a charity campaign that provides workers on the streets with winter clothes to keep them warm in the cold weather. The idea of this campaign came through Hamad Al Shamsi who shared it on Social Media websites that aim to get as many people as possible to spread the spirit of unity and love to the community."
