“The initiative is in line with our wise leadership’s vision to empower our graduates and create a new generation of pioneering women who can contribute effectively to the UAE’s overall development,” said Her Highness.

“Providing graduates such an ideal platform to enable them to start a successful career where they can become an integral part of the national workforce, indicates how the initiative is an essential tool to achieve the UAE Vision 2021,” Her Highness added.
The initiative of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa (Zayed University Graduates.. “Dubai Government Human Resources Department’s decision to foster the initiative is in line with its vision to build our citizens’ capabilities and enhance their participation in all business sectors,” added Her Excellency.

The initiative targets Zayed University graduates, enabling them to enter an integrated training programme followed by an evaluation and guidance scheme, and experience with the government business environment and culture.
