“The initiative is in line with our wise leadership’s vision to empower our graduates and create a new generation of pioneering women who can contribute effectively to the UAE’s overall development,” said Her Highness.

“Providing graduates such an ideal platform to enable them to start a successful career where they can become an integral part of the national workforce, indicates how the initiative is an essential tool to achieve the UAE Vision 2021,” Her Highness added.
The initiative of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa (Zayed University Graduates.. Her Excellency Amal Bin Adi said that the initiative reflects the awareness about the importance of investing in human resources and striking a balance between the graduates’ aspirations and the requirements of the labor market. Her Excellency also pointed out the importance of the initiative in meeting the many challenges that graduates face when they enter the job market.

“Dubai Government Human Resources Department’s decision to foster the initiative is in line with its vision to build our citizens’ capabilities and enhance their participation in all business sectors,” added Her Excellency.

The initiative targets Zayed University graduates, enabling them to enter an integrated training programme followed by an evaluation and guidance scheme, and experience with the government business environment and culture. The Dubai Government HR Department is also interested in learning about the return on investment of the initiative, said Her Excellency.

Her Excellency expressed gratitude to H.H. Sheikha Latifa for her constant support to the graduates and to the joint cooperation between the Dubai Government HR Department and Zayed University.
