Zayed University organizes its Annual Career Fair in Dubai Campus

Zayed University organized its annual Career Fair in Dubai Campus which lasted two days with the participation of 50 institutions and organizations. The Career Fair aims to support Emiratization and provide work and training opportunities for Zayed University Students by attracting many organizations that offer programs in various fields.  

Dr. Sulaiman Al Jassim, Vice-President of Zayed University, said the Career Fair is a good opportunity to deal with market needs by cooperating with major organizations and institutions and exchange experiences and knowledge, where the university presents its academic programs and diverse majors and the organizations present their training programs, strategies and job offers. The university organizes the Career Fair in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai Campuses which shows the university's great interest in providing job opportunities for its graduates and present the skills of its students, seeing that such events play a vital role in strengthening relationships between institutions, public and private organizations and universities in the UAE.

Salha AlKas, Assistant Coordinator for Career & Employment Student Affairs Department at Zayed University, Dubai, said the Career Fair this year, which was organized by the Enrollment Management Department, has attracted institutions and organizations from different sectors. The Career Fair includes multiple events, such as workshops and various lectures elaborating on work search mechanisms organized by International Smart, a lecture on how to build up self-confidence conducted by First Select International, and a lecture on the "specializations required in labor market" by Marjan International Corp.

The Forum, added AlKas, has witnessed the participation of public figures such as Majid Al-Usaimi, Media Manager of Al Theqa Club for Special Needs, Eida Al Muhairbi, a  UAE Zadco Director and one of the gifted players in the Gulf region, Rashid Al Kharji, a prominent media figure and Hamda Harizi, owner of  Black Pearl International, a caviar import-export company.
