A UAE National with broad managerial and operational experience obtained throughout her early started career in 2002 at Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University where she held various significant positions such as the Executive Office Director, Secretary General of the University Council and the Project Manager of the Annual Events. Amid her entrepreneurial skills, in 2007 she founded Excelencia Publishing and Events. In 2008, Ms. Al Gergawi was appointed by the Young Arab Leaders as the UAE Country Office Manager and In January 2009, she was the youngest candidate to be elected as a Board Member in the Emirates Business Women Council. In November 2011, Ms. Al Gergawi was appointed by Abu Dhabi Media Company as the Editor in Chief of Zahrat Al Khaleej Magazine. In Feb 2018, Hala Al Gergawi founded the first luxury lifestyle consultancy in the region “Tea Before Noon” delivering unique curated experiences for the local community & luxury brands, maintaining a dialogue between the regional and the international creative industries. Her aim is to bridge creative talents and bring in GCC innovation to its sophisticated and elegant designs & experiences. Tea Before Noon supports international luxury brand in localizing their communication and marketing strategies and in curating memorable experiences that resonate with the Emirati and Khaleeji community.
