We are pleased to invite you to register for the JAAF 2025 Conference, hosted by Zayed University, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from November 9 to 12, 2025.

Regular Registration (October 1 - October 10, 2025): 500 USD
Please note that registration closes strictly on October 10, 2025. After this date, the presentation spot cannot be guaranteed.
How to Register?
To complete your registration:

3. Submit Required Documents
For security clearance at Zayed University, all presenters and session chairs must provide a copy of the information page of their passport (showing full name and photo), along with the registration payment receipt.

We recognize that sharing passport information may raise privacy concerns. Please rest assured that all data will be handled confidentially, used strictly for university security authorization, and protected under applicable data privacy regulations.
4. Confirm your registration
Sending your payment receipt (with your passport copy) to jaaf2025.Dubai@zu.ac.ae will confirm your registration.
