The Residence facility must be vacated during Summer break for major preventative maintenance. 

The annual tickets for the scholarship students will be issued during the summer break and they will be required to proceed to their home country as scheduled. 

No alternative accommodation will be provided to the students and they are required to exit the facility latest by the first week of the break.  

An airport Drop off and Pick up service will be available for scholarship students travelling on group tickets yearly once during the Summer break.

No individual airport service will be provided.
