IEEE UAE Student Day
IEEE UAE Student Day is as annual event organized by IEEE UAE Section for all engineering students in the country.

The main objectives of this day are to enhance the culture of competition among engineering students in the different universities among UAE, to recognize outstanding achievements of IEEE student members, to exchange experience between UAE IEEE students, to enhance leadership qualities of IEEE students, and to introduce the IEEE to the public.
Zayed University, Dubai Campus will organize the 15th IEEE UAE Student Day 2020 in attendance of all universities in UAE to participate in the competitions. Many innovative projects will be presented in the student day.
About UAE Section
UAE Section, established in 1987, is part of Region 8 of the mother organization IEEE . “IEEE vision is to advance global prosperity by fostering technological innovation, enabling members’ careers and promoting community worldwide”.
The mission of the section is to reach this vision by promoting the engineering process of creating, developing, integrating, sharing and applying knowledge about electro-technologies and sciences. This engineering process promotion is achieved through publishing periodicals, books, standards, conference proceedings, electronic products and mixed media.
Since its establishment, the section has played an essential role in widening the scope of techno-electrical and computing awareness in the society. IEEE, UAE Section will continue to build the technological infrastructure, to develop techno-electrical industry, and to improve life-styles of individuals.
