Curious Designer is an Online Furniture Platform that allows individuals to purchase one-of-a-kind designed furniture by providing customization options and an augmented reality system to design and fit that furniture within a given space.

How It Works

Individuals have the option to choose a pre-designed piece of furniture or furniture set or have something designed custom to their liking. They can then see how the furniture will fit into their existing spaces through an augmented reality system. Additionally, custom furniture can be created to fit specific spaces using the same augmented reality.

Current Stage

Curious Designer is working on a business plan to solidfy the planning of the company. It already has the furniture design and creation capability and will be looking to find programmers to partner with.

Team

Fatima Aldhaheri is a student in Zayed University's College of Arts and Creative Enterprises majoring in Interior Design. She has a passion for creating new designs and for furniture building. Fatima is a member of the Founders Entrepreneurship Development program.
