Rosania has a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She has been working for Zayed University since 2013 till date and has been working for the Provost as Administrative Officer since 2015.

Prior to joining Zayed University, Rosania was working for the corporate sector over 9 years reporting to the General Manager.
