(ONCE Program) Working Remotely

In support of remote working, we would like to inform you that starting from 1st April, students are allowed to work online from home should the nature of the work assigned to them allow.

Kindly note that:  

• Supervisors to continue monitoring students by email/telephone/E-meetings as required.

• Students will submit the hours they spent to work on the assigned tasks/projects.

• Supervisors are expected to verify more-or-less the hours submitted to complete the tasks given to students.

• Supervisors can continue with students that they have contracted or can post jobs through our Career portal website: https://careers.zu.ac.ae/ for new requests. (Please find attached the user guide for posting a job)

• Supervisors should send a scanned copy of the agreement form to Ayesha.altamimi@zu.ac.ae
