Limited Access and Issuing Permits

As a part of the precautionary and preventive measures for the COVID-19 all Faculty and Staff in Dubai need to apply for a permit from Dubai Police (click here) to drive to campus in case of urgent matters only.

We kindly remind and advise all Deans & Directors that coming to campus must be kept limited only if your staff’s work and obligations requires physical presence in order to maintain your departments’ functions & services.

Important message for all staff & Faculty:

 In case you must come on campus kindly obtain approval from your line-manager and a permit from CPDO prior your arrival on campus. Please email the following people to obtain a permit a day before coming to campus:

• Abu Dhabi: facilitiesauh@zu.ac.ae 

• Dubai: facilitiesdxb@zu.ac.ae 

Please note that no one will be allowed on campus without a permit.

Please enter and exit the campus through the below mentioned gates.

The remaining gates will be closed temporarily. Kindly find the attached maps for your reference.
