Welcome to the Zayed University Service Desk website. The Service Desk is the first point of contact for all IT applications and services at Zayed University. We use the CA Unicenter Service Desk Incident Management System to track requests for help and to route issues to the appropriate IT support groups when necessary. We strive to resolve all IT issues in a timely manner.

We help student, staff and faculty to support any issues faced with the softwares, prepare laptops and trouble shoot it.

Remember, you can always research your problem online using the Service Desk Knowledgebase.
