Mr. Ismael Al Shiab is a Lab Coordinator in the College of Technological Innovation at Zayed University, Dubai. He received his MSc. degree in Computer Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, Sharjah, UAE, in 2014. He is certified as a Cisco Instructor and Cisco Instructor Trainer and currently in charge of the Cisco Instructor Training Center and Academy Support Center (ITC/ASC) at Zayed University-Dubai. Ismael joined Cisco Academy in 2006, and since that time he has conducted a lot of training sessions for students and instructors. He has more than ten years of extensive work experience in both educational and industrial institutions in the fields of Computer Engineering and Information Technology. His research interests include Computer Networks, Long Term Evolution (LTE), Fog Computing, Wireless Communication, Computer Security, and Internet of Things (IoT).
