Bio
Emerson Bautista is a Senior Laboratory Technician in the College of Technological Innovation in Zayed University and he is in charge of CTI college website and the computer laboratory in Dubai campus.
Along with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and 24 years of extensive experience in various field of IT, particularly in Computer Systems, Networks, Telecom, Servers, Storage and Software, He also gain professional IT certifications like, Apple Certified Support Professional, NEBOSH Award in Health & Safety at Work, Cisco Certified Instructor, McAfee Certified Security Specialist, Citrix Certified Administrator, Microsoft Certified IT Professional and certified in ITIL V3 foundation.
He held previously various positions like Senior IT Analyst in Petrofac International, System Administrator in Sharjah Government SMD Dept. and Customer Support Engineer in Al Futtaim group.
