Bio

April Rains Maramara is an Instructor in the College of Technological Innovation at Zayed University, where she received her Master’s degree in Information Technology with Highest Distinction. Prior to ZU, she worked as a software developer for 3 years in Abu Dhabi. During her undergrad, April held various university and nationwide leadership posts and was awarded as one of the Top 32 students in the Philippines by the American Chamber of Commerce.

April is an early career researcher with interest in the fields of industrial cybersecurity, automotive cybersecurity, and cybersecurity economics.
