Bio

Hamda Al Breiki hold a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Engineering from Khalifa University. Her thesis was about defining a trust requirements model for blockchain systems. She co-founded a start-up company in systems development (Afkar for Systems and Programming) where she worked as a primary developer in several projects. She worked in localizing Scratch application and website (a programming tool for kids) in cooperation with teams from MIT and UAE University. She worked as an IT faculty in Higher Colleges of Technology from 2012 to 2015.She joined several judging committees in programming competitions for school students in UAE.
