Bio

Dr. Rym Ghimouz is an assistant professor of Biomedical Sciences and researcher in Precision Medicine and Higher Education. She holds a PhD in Cell Fate Specification and Differentiation from Brussels University (ULB), a MSc in Cellular Biology and Pathophysiology from Bordeaux University and BSc in Biochemistry and Medical Genetics from Mentouri University. In addition, she earns a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Abu Dhabi University. Dr. Rym is a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and has over 11 years of excellent teaching experience. Moreover, she has successfully managed collaborative and individual projects in both academia and applied research, and has been member of many strategic committees aiming to provide optimal solutions for the academic community.
