Bio
Nadera Baig has over twenty years of teaching experience. In her academic voyage, she has taught a wide variety of courses in different curricula. Teaching Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics gives her an added advantage of interlinking these subjects using various instructional strategies. She has coordinated several science courses in Zayed University. As a science coordinator she spearheaded a team in the development of a science course and its customized textbook. Additionally, Nadera has served as the Quality Assurance Coordinator. She has served, both as a chair and a member, on several committees at Zayed University. Currently, alongside coordinating a course she chairs the Learning Outcomes Assessment Committee. She is a fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy and a recipient of the Exemplary Merit Award at Zayed University for the academic year 2011-2012.
